O Lord, we praise Thee for Thy care
- f O Lord, we praise Thee for Thy care
Upon this holy temple here.
The devil must not fight and cause
Panic to the worshipers there.
- f We build this wall for Thy honour
Use it for Thy great praise always
And when Thou be pleas'd to descend.
Fill all its corners with thy grace.
- mf And when that terrible day comes
When God shall judge the heav'ns and earth
cr Let it be known that in this house
f Many were born to Thy glory.
